ECO-CSR INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION (ECIF) is a rising entity in the arena of implementing CSR activities. By working closely with NGOs and social work organisations we intend to create a sustainable impact on society. In an endeavour to reimagine social change, ECIF stands as a bridge that connects Corporates, Companies & Individuals to their CSR goals by designing, implementing and assessing programs.
ECIF was established to collaborate with drivers of social change and transform communities on a larger scale. With heightened aspirations, an experience of 30+ years and wholehearted involvement by our Directors- Geeta Castelino, Dr. Umesh Kulkarni & Shailesh Erande, ECIF is making strides in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Our mission will be to swiftly implement our CSR ideologies into a sustainable manner. With this objective ECIF intends to partner with Corporations, Organizations, various NGOs and Individuals for raising awareness and inspiring a paradigm shift.

Our Directors
Geeta Castelino
A post graduate in Textile Technology, a research associate with the handloom board for natural dyeing & printing, Masters in Sociology, Master’s in Management; has been pursuing careers simultaneously- one as a consulting social Psychologist, as an educationist in the field of Art, Design and Fashion Technology, as a Corporate Trainer & one as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consultant for Corporates & NGOs. She is one of the founder members of the renowned Kala Ghoda Association, & has successfully curated various Art Festivals in India. She was the CEO of a renowned charitable Trust in Pune district’s Baramati; Agricultural Development Trust, heading twenty three Educational Institutes along with other charitable institutes in Maharashtra guiding to climb the ladder of success to greater heights.
She has been a CSR Consultant for NGOs & Corporates & has been playing a role of getting them together on a profitable platform together to achieve their CSR goals. She has been on the board of CSMVS, Mumbai while forming the Children’s Museum at the CSMVS in 2018.
Her Recent Achievements are the two projects; one in August 2019, AD-DRESS NOW fashion show, held in Pune by Ekansh Trust, recognized by Govt of India & World Health Organisation, ramp walked by Divyang. Following which she mentored the India Cricket Team of the Disabled, wherein she was part of the team as a soft skills trainer & counsellor to motivate them to face the international sports world, and India Team won the First World Cup in England. She has won 9 National awards, 4 State awards and 5 International awards in Art & Design.
She has won the Maharashtra State Hirkani Award in 2008, has been bestowed with National Positivity Award in 2011, Woman Achiever Award in 2013.
Dr. Umesh Kulkarni
Progress for him has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once one milestone is achieved, there is always another one waiting to be crossed.
A Senior Environmental & Sustainability Consultant (M.Sc., Ph.D.), GRI-G4 and GRI SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING STANDARDS Certified, is a sole proprietor of FINE ENVIROTECH ENGINEERS (FEE), an independent international environmental consultancy firm, existing for last 30 years. FEE is a company, completely devoted in assisting on wide range of strategic environmental and sustainability issues, specializing in different sectors.
He has successfully completed over 500 projects in various sectors including infrastructure, CRZ, industries, etc. providing them guidance with CER & CSR activities. He has gained multifarious experience and acquired immense credibility in the field.
He has been privileged to serve as a Director in various Companies and also as an Expert Member on several Governmental Departments like MPCB, MoEF & CC, NHPC to name a few. He is also empaneled with MAHARASHTRA STATE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT CENTRE ON CLIMATE CHANGE (SKMCC), Environment Department, for Climate Change projects.
He has been actively engaged with EKLAVYA NYASA TRUST and pursuing CSR activity on personal capacity since last 25 years. Apart from that he also has an extensive network and handholding’s with various NGOs so as to advise various corporates on Strategic Planning & Development of CSR activities.
Shailesh Erande
He is an ardent follower of social responsibility and implementation of the CSR plans for various types of project. He has handled more than 500 projects in building construction, infrastructure projects wherein he has actively and meticulously drawn the CSR and CER plans for the projects.
He has the passion to work in rural infrastructure and help the development of rural communities a zealous follower and preacher of social responsibility has shouldered more than 500 CSR & CER projects in the infrastructure & construction field. He has led a vast majority of commercial & residential construction projects in India and the Middle East.
Being a sports enthusiast he wishes to encourage Sports & Sports Infrastructure in rural areas with CSR initiatives. His passion to transform rural infrastructure and support the development of rural communities coupled with his art of meticulous planning of CSR & CER plans opens up promising avenues for ECIF.
