Finishing School

The aim and objective of Finishing School is to create a path which would transform its students into leaders of the future. World-class companies are always on the lookout for employees with outstanding leadership qualities, communication skills, and project management abilities. These employment essentials would remain as a global priority, always.

The finishing school program will give students & staff, the power to have an edge over others and further refine these essential skills, thereby increasing competence, confidence, and marketability. Initial skill modules will help to develop and cultivate  existing talents and hone them into valuable food for sustenance.

In addition, the finishing school content will prepare the student/staff for a variety of complex and challenging personal as well as professional situations.

Self Building

Self-Introduction, Handshake, Grooming, Body language, Image building, Confidence Building. Dining Etiquette. Communication skill set (Difference between oral and written communication), General Knowledge. Extempore. Business news to be aware of current events.

 

Personality Development

Attitude, Leadership Skills, Team Building, Listening skills, Time Management, Creativity, Thinking skills, Problem solving. Conversational skills.

Written Communication

Netiquette, Brief on Resume building, Business Letters, Job applications, Memos, Minutes of meeting, Report writing,. Spelling and grammatical concepts. Creative writing.

Presentation Skills

Individual presentations to build confidence. Group presentations gradually on abstract and subject.

Interview skills - Campus to Corporate

What is an interview? Competency based interviews, Group discussions, Power dressing. Face to face interview. Pre and post interview process, interview mistakes, interview assessment sheet. Corporate etiquette. Personal and professional profiling.

International Etiquette

Greeting. Dining Etiquette. Dress for the occasion. Cross cultural etiquette. Formal and Informal meetings.

Going the Extra Mile

We find that only a handful of organisations offers their employees soft skills training to maxmise effectiveness. Extremely good professionals often struggle with presentation skills, conflict management, time effeciency or prioritising tasks.This is where, our Finishing School Program can make a difference. We do not simply teach or explain the basics of soft skills but employ strategies that can assist the attendee in achieving the goals of the organization and enhance their professional careers.

With this thought and the mission of building a bright future for them, The Eklavya Nyasa Trust hosts and takes care after 100’s of children of Commercial sex workers, Alcoholics, Street children, and Single parents.Our Director Dr. Umesh Kulkarni shares their aim of freeing these children from the burden of social stigma and helping society to accept them wholeheartedly.


Dr. Umesh Kulkarni has contributed personally for the past 25 years to this noble cause.

Inclusivity Garden in collaboration with Ekansh Trust, Pune

Imagine a world where none of us has to fight for what is rightfully ours. Equal access for People with Disabilities [PwD] to early intervention, education, employment, entertainment, recreation, legal and medical aid. That’s exactly what Ekansh Trust is set out to create and ECO CSR International Foundation (ECIF) is proud to be associated with their cause. To promote inclusivity Ekansh Trust has designed and installed swings for specially-abled children in parks in Pune. It’s these kinds of generous acts that take our society towards a brighter future.

Career Expo 2022

We believe every child is born with a curious mind that has the potential to help them reach their destined heights. This potential is unleashed only with right direction and motivation.

To help these children, especially the ones with lack of resources to find their path and design their career in the best way possible ECO CSR International Foundation (ECIF) organised a Career Expo. In this 2 day Career Expo, organised in partnership with Growth School, students of the New City Education Trust’s New City International School & Satish Haware Jr. College & New City Saraswati Vidyalaya Navi Mumbai were introduced to various career fields to choose from in form of charts as well as an interactive seminar.
